Bonbil Boarding House is a modern structure designed to provide accommodation for tenants. Situated in Makassar, the building comprises a total of 10 rooms distributed across two floors. Each room is meticulously designed with a focus on tenant comfort and privacy. Common facilities, including a parking area, a small garden, and a perimeter fence, contribute to the security and comfort of the residents. The minimalist design, coupled with the use of neutral colors, imparts an elegant and contemporary aesthetic to the boarding house. Its strategic location in Makassar makes it an ideal choice for students, professionals, or individuals seeking temporary housing with comprehensive amenities.

The spatial design of this boarding house has been meticulously planned to prioritize quality over quantity. Every space is utilized optimally to provide maximum comfort for the residents without compromising aesthetics or functionality. Thus, Bonbil Boarding House offers a comfortable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing living environment for its tenants.
This boarding house is also designed with a low-maintenance concept, utilizing durable and easy-to-maintain materials. A rainwater absorption system has been implemented to reduce the risk of flooding and water pooling, complemented by landscape materials that do not retain water. This not only helps to keep the environment clean and dry but also supports sustainability by efficiently utilizing rainwater.

Additionally, Bonbil Boarding House takes advantage of natural lighting and ventilation systems to create a healthy and comfortable environment. Large windows and well-designed ventilation allow sunlight to illuminate the rooms, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day. The natural ventilation system ensures proper air circulation, maintaining fresh and healthy indoor air quality.
